The key to my house snapped inside the door and Lee came within the hour to remove the broken piece and install a new lock for me. Such amazing and fast service would recommend to anyone thank you!

Had an issue with my front door lock at home and contacted Mason Locks. They got back to me really quickly and were able to come out the same day. The locksmith was friendly, explained what was causing the problem and had it sorted without any fuss. Really professional service and I felt completely at ease having them in my home. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I am the keyholder for our office in coleshill, arrived at 07.00 and there were signs of an attempted break in. I was recommended to Mason locks by our office neighbours. Lee advised one of his team would be with us by 09.00 and they were there by 8.15 to allow us access to the property and fitted new locks which look a lot stronger than the previous ones. Would highly recommend.

I called Lee out, I live in the Solihull district and had locked myself out- he came very quickly and replaced the lock. Extremely happy with the price and definitely recommend!

Highly recommend!!! Lee was amazing. The lock on our door broke so you could no longer lock it. Lee was recommended by a neighbour and I’m so glad he was. I explained to Lee that I felt uncomfortable with the door not being able to lock and he came out to me the same day to get it fixed. A great guy, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Tenant locked out on a Saturday night... Lost key. Mason locks came out late, replaced the lock gave the tenant a key and dropped the spares off at our office the following morning. Decent price, cheers Lee

We snapped the key. Lee managed to remove the piece and get us in. We opted for a replacement lock which he did there and then. All in under an hour Thanks.
